What is soft washing?
Soft washing cleans with a surface-appropriate cleaning solution and low-pressure rinsing rather than high-pressure water alone. It's the approach we use on roofs and most house exteriors because it removes organic growth while respecting the surface.
Why should cleaning methods vary by surface?
Tile, shingle, stucco, wood, screens, and pavers respond very differently to pressure and chemistry. Too much pressure can damage some materials; too little won't clean others. Matching the method to the surface gives a deeper clean with less risk.
What should homeowners prepare before service?
Close windows and doors, move vehicles and outdoor décor if possible, bring pets inside, and tell us about delicate plants or any known damage. We'll give you specifics for your property.
What roof and house surfaces can be considered?
We regularly evaluate concrete and clay tile, shingle, and metal roofs, along with stucco, siding, brick and stone accents, and painted trim. Tyler confirms suitability during the walk-through.

Our Driveway, Sidewalk & Curb Cleaning service covers residential driveways, walkways, sidewalks, curbs, and related hard exterior surfaces.
How is driveway cleaning different from paver sealing?
Driveway cleaning restores the appearance of a hard surface. Paver sealing is a specialty service for paver surfaces that includes deep cleaning, joint care, and applying a sealer.
What happens to areas surrounding the driveway?
We rinse debris away from lawns and beds, take care around irrigation heads, and leave adjacent areas tidy.
Pool & Lanai
What is pool cage cleaning?
Cleaning of your screened pool enclosure — aluminum frames, screen panels, kick plates, and doors — using a gentle approach suited to the materials.
What is pool deck cleaning?
Cleaning of the surfaces around your pool, such as pavers, travertine, and coated concrete, with methods chosen for each material.
Is screen cleaning available separately?
Yes. Screen cleaning can be booked on its own or alongside pool cage and pool deck cleaning.
Paver Sealing
What is paver sealing?
Paver sealing applies a protective coating to cleaned pavers. It can enrich color, help keep joint sand in place, and make future cleaning easier.
Why is preparation important?
A sealer locks in whatever is beneath it. Thorough cleaning, joint care, and adequate drying are what make the finished result look its best.
What affects the appearance and suitability of the finished surface?
Paver type and age, existing coatings, moisture, sun exposure, traffic, and the sealer chosen all play a role. We discuss these openly before you decide.
Fences
Is vinyl fence cleaning available?
Yes. We soft wash vinyl fencing to remove green growth and dirt from textured panels.
Is wood fence cleaning available?
Yes. Wood is cleaned with gentler pressure suited to the grain. We don't stain, paint, or repair fences.
New Construction
What exterior areas may need cleaning after construction or remodeling?
Walls and trim, driveways and walkways, curbs, pool decks, lanais, and pavers commonly collect dust, mud, and jobsite grime.
